The City of Sunny Isles Beach Interactive GIS Map Server allows users to view and query GIS information.
Map Tools :

	Zooms into the selected area on the map.
	Zooms out from the selected area on the map.
	Pans the map in the desired direction.
	Zooms to the full extent of the map
	Selects the parcel at the click location on the map.
	Identifies features at the click location on the map.
	Clear all options selected and start from scratch.
	Prints the map only.

TABS:

Information is divided into categories represented in TABS.

	Presents information on the map for Beach Access, Crosswalks, Parks and Lifeguard Towers.
	Presents information on the map for Bus Stops and Community Shuttle Stops.
	Presents information on the map related to municipal parking within the City.
	Presents information on the map related to parcel boundaries and ownership data.
	Presents information on the map for Future Land use and Zoning.
	Provides a hyperlink to the Utilities section of the City’s web site.
	Presents information on the map showing boundaries for City Voting Districts, County Commission Voting Districts, State House Districts, State Senatorial Districts, and US Congressional Districts.
	Presents information on the map for miscellaneous Points of Interest.
	Allows user to view any and all available data layers in a single view
	Prints the text frame only.
